(Visited 06/2007): North Rock Brewing is located on Shore Rd which is one of the main roads through the island. Assuming you are comfortable driving a scooter on the left side of the road in the chilly rain there is no excuse not to seek this place out. There is plenty of parking both on the side and in the rear.
Inside the restaurant has seating on the right and the bar is on the left. There is also a patio. Nice collection of breweriana around the bar, including empty bottles of many beers I did not recognize.
The beer selection is pretty much the standard fare in bottles, Heineken and the like. However North Coast brews 5 of their own beers regularly, a couple of which appear to be rotating. They run from Light to Porter and all are average or better. A 5-beer sampler is available for $9.
Service here is good. The bartender was effortlessly switching his attention between some people at the bar who were clearly regulars, and my wife and myself who were clearly tourists.
We did not try any food on our visit but I definitely would if the timing were better. Lots of seafood is on the menu, along with plenty of turf and a few vegetarian options.
Overall I am glad we stopped here, although we had already tried all the beers earlier in the week at Frog & Onion. I would definitely make this a destination spot for food and a beer on future visits to Bermuda.

Ok, going back four years here to the Honeymoon. Lunch on a hot day. Stuck with the one beer for a few repitions. The fermenting tanks are nicely arrayed amongst thge patio shade. A nice small enclosed brewhouse. The brewer gave me an impromptu tour and I got to add some hops to the batch. Hooray. I will return if I go back to Bermuda on a cruise. Lunch was pricey from what I can remember, but Bermuda is like that.
