Emptyish and dark yet quite fancy restaurant in the brewery building, quite in contrast to its surroundings. Efficient, polite service. Beer "expensive" for Sarajevo at 3KM a 0.3l glass. Carries the full Sarajevsko range (no wai!). Didn’t try the food though I’m sure you can do cheaper elsewhere. Was a pleasant enough place to chat with friends.

contrary to previous ratings ,the food was tasty and plentiful,and reasonably priced,serivce great,not a great place to spend to log,but well worth a visit

Not far from the city centre and well worth a visit if you want to try some of the best beer available in B&H. The unfilltered Sarajevsko is worth a try. Much better than the canned version, in my opinion. Nice interior, but the food was not great. We tried a cold platter, and it was acceptable, but nothing more.

The polished elegance of the Pivnice HS is a far cry from the cracked sidewalks and dirty facades of the surrounding streets. Despite the British Bar look, the atmosphere is somehow unwelcoming. The service, is as good as any you’ll find in Bosnia. Have a couple brews from the bar, then move on to a nearby restaurant for more tasty Bosnia dinner.

The only real beer den in Sarajevo as far as I can tell. Huge old warehouse at the Sarajevkso brewery turned into a fancy, smoky traditional restaurant / brewbup. Haven’t tried the food but the menu is upscale bosnian classics, looks good. The beer is fresher than most places and you can get ’rare’ ones like the Tamno (dark) and nefiltrano (unfiltered). Worth a visit for sure if you’re a beer person in Bosnia.

Visited here in July 08. Beautiful looking restaurant where the Sarajevsko beers can be purchased on tap. Food was good and beers are average. Check this place out if you are in Sarajevo.

Located a short walk away from the center, easy to find. It’s a big place with a balcony and some small rooms to hide in. The beers are bad, the foor are expensive - didn’t taste it... rate the beers and leave !!!

Located on premises of Sarajevska Pivara, across Francerian monastery Sv. Ante, not more than 10 minutes walk from city centre (Baščaršija). Finding such an excellent place to eat and drink in Sarajevo was a very pleasant surprise. On two floors (looks similar to Barrow Boy And Banker in London) with capacity for about 400 persons. On weekends evenings (when I was there) is all full and it’s hard to find a place to sit. Cheering atmosphere, excellent variety of meals, but a little bit too loud music and also very high prices for Bosnian standards.
