A very nice furnished old style brew pub. Just a few minutes out of the old city centre, easy to find. Staff is very nice although the beer offer is not really that great. But you can try everythng the brewery makes. Prices are very nice - 1Ä for a small beer. Worth checking out if in Sarajevo.
Very nice building (both exterior and interior) located a short walk from the Old Town. (Take my ambiance rating with a grain of salt because I am non-smoker and it was very smoky when I visited. I would probably rate it much higher if it was smoke free.) The service was very slow but I thought the food was very good but we had good down the dessert menu a bit because not all of it was available. This is definitely worth stop, especially if you do not mind smoking.
In a really great and imposing place situated one of the few places that you can drink beer in Sarajevo. Wooden walls, floors and seats, very warm and friendly atmosphere. Sarajevsko pivo does not produce high quality beers, although the bar is very impressive.
This place is a simple walk from the historic old sector. You can basically follow the path The Archduke Franz Ferdinand took on his final journey from Sarajevo town hall. Itís a fairly dramatic and grand hall. elegantly decked out. I questioned for a moment if everything was authentic based on how good looking the place is. It is. Looks a bit like a high end Bistro. I was there in the daytime and it was pretty dead. They were pumping really shite high energy pump music out of the many speakers. It really jarred with the otherwise splendid surrounding. They have the unfiltered gear here which is better than the usual but still basically quite poor. Your choices for beer experiences are quite limited in Sarajevo. This place is well worth visiting though.
This place is a lot like a German beer hall but with better music. The large main hall was mainly occupied by tourists, while locals lurked at the tables in the back and side rooms. The musicians stayed in one place, so you could choose to sit near them, or not. They had basically their entire range of beers available, so you could almost make a night of it here. The beers were tasty for what they were, and I think underrated on this site. Food was OK. Efficient servers by waitstaff equipped with wifi thingies. Plenty of street parking, but also an easy stroll from the pedestrian zone. Nice place.
Visited on a Friday afternoon in May 2014. The place was almost empty during my visit.
The place is centrally located, just some minutes walk from the old city in Sarajevo.
The beer hall is large and dark. They had seven beers during my visit, I tried three of them. Sarajevsko Tamno was the best one. The food was quite tasty and cheap, at least for a guy coming from Sweden. The service was polite and rather quick.
If visiting Sarajevo again I would for sure make a new visit to Pivnica HS.
Stylish classic beer hall, serving as the brewery tap of Sarajevska Pivara. Drank a couple of relaxing beers alone a thursday afternoon. Even with 4-5 people in the staff and only one guest service was a tad slow, but nevertheless fairly welcoming.

Nothing much to add since it has 10 reviews, a rather large bar/restaurant near the brewery. You donít have to eat, most people come for a beer. Two of their beers exclusively available only of few locations, but here, by the brewery youíre sure. Visited the place at the earlier morning, so were the only guests, also didnít try the food but I believe it was fine, they had good selection. Expensive for Bosnian standard, both food and beers. Ambiance was really nice brewery-wise. Service was slow (and we were two guests alone)
