Just up the hill from the seafront opposite the Tynwald, the Prospect is a nice old boozer with half a dozen or so cask ales. Okells bitter is an ever present alongside a number of guests all of which on my visit were from ’larger’ English brewers including JW Lees and despite being halfway to Ireland GK bloody IPA !!! Cosy feel to this pub, smart looking clientele compared to the Albert, possibly government workers bearing in mind its location? Stuck to the Okells which was in good nick.
