Really nice place. Not in the city centre, but worth going. Really good selection of craft beers and usually cool people - the usual drunks are frightened by the craft beer prices.

Bar located in a trendy post-industrial area. Has a modern simple decoration (supposedly in the style of Mikkeller bars). Decent selection of trendy craft beers such as BrewDog, Mikkeller and To Öl. The music in the background was decent and not too high, and wasn’t played in the upper floor. There’s also a terrace but it started raining just as we got there. In Estonia beer is cheap, luckily it applies to craft beer as well.

A big airy cool looking minimalist bar but it is unfortunately hard to find in a railway wasteland & when you get here they have no food whatsoever. A slightly lager selection than Drink Baar & similar prices meaning pretty cheap. Staff were ok but we didn’t chat much. Nice Enough place but far from the center and still no Estonian eye beer on tap...

Located on a really strange place, looks like an abandoned warehouse, but that makes this place cool. Service is alright and the prices very good. To bad the selection is very much focused on Mikkeller and BrewDog.

In Tellisikivi Loomelinnak, close to Balti Jaam, central railway station. Interior decoration is hipsterish. Staff is very friendly. New beers on tap almost in every week. Prices are above average to expensive for Estonia. Patio in summer.

Another nice place a bit off the beaten track in Tallinn. Very close to F-hoone and not far from the railway station. Great selection of beer, both on tap and bottles. Relaxed atmosphere on a Friday afternoon - perfect for enjoying a Rukkirääk outside in the sun. Well worth the walk from the city center.

Hipster atmosphere - minus for me, but + as marketing dictates it. Barmaid was good - served beers as they should be served. Smell of paint - sorry, but you cold have spent extra 10€ on öko paint. But I do not care much about anything else, as long as I get my Thornbridge Saint Petersburg Stout, BD Punk IPA and Mikkeller Black Hole on tap. Worth a visit if you want some decent beer.

Coming from the old town, head out of Nunne, cross the main road and past the railway tracks, and then go immediately to the left down the path, "resijate", between the railway and the open-air market. As soon as you emerge at a real road, you’re at telliskivi 60, it’s to your left. Walk all the way to the end of the building and then head into the courtyard - you should be able to see the neon ’Pudel’ sign. A bit of a fishbowl, and a bit sterile, and also with no comfortable chairs it’s more of a bistro feel than a pub (I don’t know what’s upstairs, though). That does have some charm, but I’m more of a sit down sofa kind of guy. Seems popular with hipsters, which again isn’t my scene, but at least they were quiet. Beer selection isn’t huge, but is very high quality. Baltic Frontier on tap is a big win, but alas I don’t think will be on very long, a real shame. However, I’m more than happy to fall back on things like Ola Dubh 18 for 8e. Only had a snack plate on the food menu when I was there, which looked interesting, but I didn’t try it - I will next time. This place has potential. I’ll come here quite often I think, even though it is the wrong side of the tracks ;-)
