Love this place! The place looks a bit run down, with simple furniture in a non tourist area of Praha. My high rating is mostly for the excellent Kout na Sumave beers. You can hardly find any better Bohemian Pilsner. But, I also love the relaxed atmosphere in simple surroundings. (Visited 25th February 2012)

Very nice and friendly pub. Affordable prices and very good service. Visited by locals and beer geeks. Beer from Kout na Sumave, well worth the trip.

five Kout na Sumave taps including the 12° Kvasnicovy (November 2011) and the 18° Tmavy. Small restaurant front, traditional menu (didn’t eat), walkable from Pivovarky Klub and Florenc station, and nearby Pivovarsky Dvur is worth trying as well.

This is not the fanciest area of Prague, it’s a bit worn down, working class and tourist free. And most of that goes for this place as well. Interior is mainly brown wood and slightly worn down. Inhabited mainly by locals, and probably the odd beer geek. On my visit on a Saturday evening it was only me and a group consisting of the local hairdressers and their boyfriends. But the place has a certain rustic charm, excellent service (good English spoken), good and cheap food and excellent beer. Five draught beers from Kout na Sumave and a good selection of bottled beers from Kacov. Prices are decent, to say the least, a schnitzel and five beers set me back around 10 Euros. Definitely worth a detour.

Fresh, high quality beer (Kout Na Sumave) at cheap price. Staff members are smiling, speak very good english and are very quick to serve you another beer. Situated not far from the TV tower but the only tourist you will find here is a beer tourist. Food is pretty tasty and dirt cheap. Love this place!

Wonderfull relaxed bar just a short walk from Pivovarsky Klub or take bus 135 from Florenc Metro station. Small barrrom in front and bigger rasturant like room in the back. Dark brown tables and stools, smokey, nice music playing. Vistors is mostly locals, but also a few other tourists. 6 taps, all with beer from the Kout brewery when we visited, sadly no filtered 12 ( no one is buying ) Wonderfull beers, tasty and with super drinkabillity, dirtcheap to. Friendly and english speaking service. I’ll be back for sure

This place has a great atmosphere, is dead cheap and has a superb selection. Around five beers on tap (including a few from the Kout brewery!). Also some bottled czech micros. Friendly staff!

loved this place. a few rediculously good session beers on tap for about a dollar a piece. great music playing. relaxed atmosphere. maybe my favorite stop in prague. 2 rooms. first room is small bar area. second room is more of a restaurant. but has a grungy, friend’s basement kind of feel to it. liked the atmosphere a lot. cool place i desperately want to return to

This place was awesome. Pretty much a dive bar, loud heavy music playing. It was slow for a Saturday night, only a couple of other tables. Mostly Kout beers on tap which is never a bad thing. Had a large selection of Kocour bottles too. I got a couple to go. I could hang at this place all night long drinking Kout Unfiltered 10.

The place is wonderfull to get in to the czech beer and ambience. The ambility and the disposal is increidible, magnific, and very friendly. We are a group of 20 person and we pass the best time of the four days in Prague. The ambience and the best beer of the city has made this. This beer selecction have and incredible koutsky wide range, and another more! You can´t lose it! Sure we will go back!
