Their home brewed beers were very good, food was also nice. Good prices, friendly service.

Located just a few steps from the old city centre and the castle, this is aplace defintely worth visiting when in Bratzislava. Food looked good, but I didn’t try. Bought 4 PET bottles to take home as I wasn’t feeling too well that day. Take-away beer isn’t cheap (paid 28€ for 4 2 litre bottles), but staff are very friendly and helpful.

Decent brewpub located close to the castle. Not much to look at from the outside, but the interior is nice enough. They have small, but solid selection of house beers at very reasonable prices. We also enjoyed some pretty tasty snacks. Staff spoke good English and were friendly. I wouldn’t go out my way to go here, but I did find it more enjoyable than the castle...

On offer were svetle, a very tmave and a weiss. Deserted on a Saturday afternoon which could be because it wasa beautiful day and there didn’t seem to be anywhere to be outside.The tmavy wasn’t terribly tasty

Place was deserted on a Sunday at half past six when we walked in. One other couple came in the next half hour. Interior is a curious mix between bierstube and faux-modern hotel decor. Service was pleasant and quick. Place brews and serves its own beers; four different beers tonight. Food was hit and miss - my wife had an awful burger while I had a rather good beef with knödel. I suspect you should stick with the beer here, or at least keep to the more traditional Slovak dishes.

RBESG 2012 - day 2. Corner pub style with one big room and long tables. No airconditioneing and very hot! Beers are decent, but not worth travelling for

Decent Svetle 10 and a couple of other mediocre beers. Odd place. Kind of like a hotel bar. 10 Ratebeerians were the only visitors from 13-15 on a saturday. 3 or 4 ticks worth. Friendly service however.

Visited during RBESG ’12. Like erickok said, looks like a hotel bar. Killing for any ambiance imo. Beers were OK, Svetle 12 was good, service quick but there was no-one else there. Didn’t try any food. Tick the beers, and go somewhere else.

Brewpub at the end of the street from the castle. Looks like a hotel bar on the inside rather than a cosy pub. Still enjoyed my stay here. Their beers vary form just okay to very tasty and the staff made sure to keep ’m coming. Not the best atmosphere but a tasty brew and good company do a lot for your experience.

On the route up to the castle, but somewhat modern and sterile looking, not too much people around, but they played remarkably good music. Good service. Good beers all around, but nothing stellar, the best being their 12 degrees.
