ABS Drinks

Went here on the recommendation of The Good Beer Guide Belgium but was slightly disappointed. Beer selection is decent but nowhere near Dranken Geers, Willems en Zoom, Dranken Pauwels, or even the Prik & Tik in Leuven. Did I miss some rooms? Nothing rare, a fair amount of bottles, decent if you’re local but not worth travelling to.

Amazing selection of Belgian beers for very good prices. Hunderts of bottles in few rooms. If you are here by car (GPS navigation is recommended), small parkside is front of building. Shopkeeper was very helpful, he located for us some rare styles (in a such huge collection is first-visitor completely lost...), also advised good gas station :)
Next trip to Belgium I will definitely stop here again.

Typical drinks warehouse with loads of small breweries yet loads of mediocre beers too. Uninterested service, surprisingly. Prices are very good, but the beers you get for it aren’t usually worth much. Some nicer brewers though, I have to admit. About no atmosphere and dusty bottles all over... I might drop in again to compete some ticks butbut that’s about it. Much better in the area. Only ththe sourselevrioselection is worworth it, if that’s your thing. ev

Space for parking out front. Medium sized beer shop/warehouse. Nothing wrong with it although if you are in this neighbourhood you might as well go to ABC drinks a few km away which has a bigger selection and is a bit cheaper.

Nice warehouse-in-the-Belgian-countryside type beer store with everything you can expect - Great selection, low prices, lots of beers you’ve never seen before and the likes. Picked up a couple nice beers here, lots of interesting stuff. The staff let me browse freely but were helpful when I wanted to check out.

The heaven. One of the best beer stores in Europe, especially in lambics and gueuzes. Great prices, great selection. Only Belgian beers, altough we saw some collaborations. But... you know, Belgium is a great beer country, so the shop is brutal.

Crazy place outside of Leuven. Hundreds and hundreds of beers, only saw one from outside Belgium. Several somewhat rare ones, though not so many. This is an everyday drinkers’ shop, but a damn good one. Prices are good, though cheaper at ABC in Leuven, I think. So-so selection of lambics, but not many "whales". Forget the tourist traps in Brussels. A must if you can get here. Bush de Nuits 14 Eur. Tjseeses Port 2.75. Rochefort 8 75 cl less than 5. Not too hard to get to by train or bus from Leuven.

Great store with an amazing selection of all kinds of brews. They have a big range of lambiek for really low prices. Lots of beers from the smaller breweries as well. I love this place.
