| MacMoney (27), Espoo, Finland | | November 2, 2011 Alko’s special store with a lot of products not found at their other stores. Mostly wine, but a few beers as well, especially rare one-off types. At least one of the salespersons present will know at least something about beer. The bad thing is the price. Everything is expensive, most very much so, some outrageously. There’s a reason why some of the bottles last a long, long time there. | | kalervo (15), , Finland | | September 19, 2011 Very nice selection of beers. Best beer store in Finland fo sure! | | skimoore (11), Paris, France | | August 17, 2011 Wonderful selection but expensive like Finland is...found some great Nogne O and local Finnish brews, and I was equally impressed with the American selections but of course declined... | | SirLimpsalot (23), , Sweden | | July 26, 2011 The best Alko in Helsinki.
Nice selection of both domestic and international beers. | | villevav (57), , Finland | | July 18, 2011 The beer selection is vast compared to the regular stores. Occasionally, there are also some relatively rare products. Foreigners should note that prices are - with the exception of rare beers - almost ridiculously high compared to almost any country in Europe. | | kermis (52), The Hague, Netherlands | | May 2, 2011 Not a bad selection for a visitor seeking a few take-homes, but not a vast quantity of beers. | | Rune (234), Tromsø, Norway | | February 10, 2011 Has definitely got point of resemblance with Vinmonopolet in Norway. You go here to find the strongest and often the best of Finnish brews, including the traditional Sahti stuff. Added is a fine mix of Danish, Dutch, American, German, and Belgian beers. This one should be the best in the Alko chain and has always got something special to offer. Central location (visited, 03.02.2011). | | rosenbergh (275), Helsinki, Finland | | November 15, 2010 Best Alko in Finland. Good location (if you’re not driving). High prices. | | gyllenbock (90), Stockholm, Sweden | | July 14, 2010 An inviting Beer Store, at least compared to the Swedish counterparts in terms of Systembolaget. Selection was good with a lot of beers that one can not find at Systembolaget. Prices were quite high, Cantillon Geueze 37,5 cl bottle was 7.06 EUR.
Very central location in Helsinki. | | Marko (169), Split, Croatia | | April 24, 2010 Nice selection of beers, some of the stuff in there really surprised me. In the end only got Finlandia Strong Sahti and Koff Porter. The cashier spoke good English and was quite chatty about the sahti we’ve bought, giving some warnings too :D. |
