Back Forty just opened its doors in Gadsden, AL. The facility is an updated warehouse but they have added a very comfortable tasting room to the front of the facility as well as a shaded deck area. I’ve seem them spend time transforming this facility and they have done an excellent job. The tasting room is comfortable and the bar is large. Only their beers are available on tap which right now means Freckle Belly IPA, Naked Pig, Kudzu Porter, and Truck Stop Honey Brown. However, Jamie is always working on new things and I’m sure there will be plenty more offerings upcoming. At any rate, their currently line up is solid and tasty. They also have ambitions of starting a barrel aging area. If you are in the Gadsden Area you are doing yourself a disservice if you miss this place.
