Never reviewed a brewer before. This seems like a good place to start. There was a good selection of varied styles, and all were at least decent beers. There didn’t seem to be one type of beer they focused on. The bartendress made good recommendations to us and knew the house beers by heart. The space is about average for a pub, but considering they have a full brewery just out of view it is impressive. The sports fan will notice there are no TV’s a la traditional/revivalist British pubs. Didn’t try the food but it looked pretty good.

Une bière sur la terrasse du Benelux, un rituel printanier incontournable pour moi. La sélection, parfois un peu courte, est toujours satisfaisante. Bon service, les employé(e)s connaissent leur produits. L’intérieur est un peu plus glauque, mais en général, endroit agréable et bonnes broues.

Cool place with a great easy vibe. A dozen or so of their own beers on tap, lots of style variety. Service is present without being in your face. Great spot!

All their beers are home brews. I have never tasted anything bad. Beer menu varies and it is perfect. Nice pub micro brew ambiance, well qualified staff. Straight food menu as they concentrate on their beers, not food. European hotdogs, chips, snacks. THey serve simple but quality stuff.

Drunk here Friday evening. Place was busy. Service good, the Zeeland and Sabotage were exceptional.

As you enter there is no question that this is a beer place. There was a decent selection of house made brews, many were maltier that I normally like. The one thing that stood out to me was the service, the first thing that the waitress told us was" service was not included in the price of the beer". No shit Sherlock, and with that attitude you can guess how well she was tipped. Next time, more time and money for DDC.

As you enter, you’re greeted by a wall of kegs presumably stocked in plain site because the actual brewery is very small. The ambiance is nice, nothing too special but definitely not bad. The service I had was excellent, given I went on a busy night. Had a very nice chat with the waiter about beer. Ended up returning part of my flight because of a metallic taste in their Saison. Got a free pint.

It’s clear they don’t spent much money on making the place look good, think they spent it on making good beer, in which they are successfull to my opinion. In any case they played good music. Tasted 3 beers and was absolutely flabbergasted on the Strato, a black IPA. Service iss helpfull, food list is limited, but this place ia about the beers. Perfect beers, good taste. Pitty I am leaving Montreal again tomorrow.

Slightly of the beaten track but rewards the additional effort. Low key brewpub cafe in which the draw is the authenticity of the beers made on the premises. Thursday night sees them drain a cask of British-style bitter, served by gravity dispense, for example. Lovely details in some of the beers. I was not persuaded that the bar stools needed to be riveted to the floor but this is detail. In the top three for me in Montreal.

comfortable foamed back chairs for (us)old guys,wine for folks that do not want beer. i had the wit & the american ipa;if grading would give them both a 7/10.place is ok and would only go back if i was in the area.
