Orderly store with lots of local brews, usual Belgians, some rarer Belgians as well including Alvinne and Oud Beersel and a lot of small breweries (mostly brown / strong ales). Only 1 American bottle (!) and a lot of empty shelves. Some ciders as well. Prices seem pretty low, but beware, cause most of these Belgian bottles are just 25 cl. A nice shop to score some rarer ticks but not really excited about the overall selection.

Was in town and close by so hopped in. Small shop, but not all the shelf space was in use... Medium selection of ’best of Belgium’, some Dutch brews, handful of international bottles and a full shelf of cider. Some glassware as well. Prices were very reasonable. Would love to see what the other (bigger!) Bert’s Bierhuis has to offer.

Nice store with great service and knowledge of the beers. Prices are very good, especially for this centre location. Only disadvantage is the size of the shop: since it isn’t that big, they don’t have big stocks and therefore they’re sometimes sold out of some beers. But certainly best place to get beer in Utrecht! UPDATE: They have expanded their selection lately, so a rerate was in order. They now have a lot more microbrews, including some rare ones and special editions. They have a lot more regional beers as well: over five regional breweries, totaling at least 30 different beers from Utrecht. They also expanded their English/American/German selection a bit.

Popped in when I was for work in Utrecht. Shop is not really big, but the layout is nice and not too cramped so you can actually move around and easily see all the beers. These are mainly Belgian, Dutch and German with some English beers and a few random other countries. The Dutch selection is the most interesting with some harder to find stuff. Prices are decent. Good store.

Visited on a Monday. Nice little store in downtown Utrecht, tons of selection, mostly belgian but with a shelf full of american stuff, and dutch micros are also well represented. There were also sections of English stuff and country ticks. Prices were also quite alright, maybe even low by Dutch standards. Would stop in whenever I have time in Utrecht.

Deceptively well-stocked beer store that has been going for donkey’s years and knows its customers preferences. Not the place to look for the latest Imperial Sahti fermented in cranberry barrels but for anything decent and Dutch or better Belgian imports head here.

A nice beerstore on the border of the centre with a decent selection of beers from Netherlands, Belgium and some other countries. Quite a lot local beers from the area in and around Utrecht. Prices are normal, service is very friendly and helpfull. Didn’t found anything rare or crazy, but a selection like this will make you leave with at least one bottle. Nice store.

Nice store in the centre of Utrecht. It has quite a large selection of beers, mostly dutch. Almost everything can be ordered and even picked up in big quantities in their own whole-sale establishment.
