This is a super touristy steak house-turned-brewpub in Amarillo, Texas. It is the home of a 72 oz. steak challenge (if you eat that in one hour, your name is immortalize in their winners list. The current record is held by Joey Chestnut). It is a total touristy-style cowboy ranch in terms of decoration. There is even an arcade-like game where you can shoot at stuff for like $2. The waiters are dressed in cowboy gear. The menu is all steakhouse type items. The food is ok, but overpriced for what it is. Now to the beer...They do brew their own beer, which is not great, but mostly it’s pretty decent. It’s better than what you would expect from such a place. Most customers are of the Coors-in-a-bottle-because-draught-is-bad type, but whatever. Apparently, this is the only place for craft beer in Amarillo, so for that reason alone, it is worth it to come here!
