When I visited Pueblo, this was my favorite place for a good beer. It’s a burgers and fries place with a fairly good selection of Colorado craft beers. I loved the sweet potato fries and was fascinated by the dipping sauce options (bacon mayo, cranberry bbq, garlic blue cheese, etc.). Burgers had grounded chiles in them; flavorful, but not the best burger I’ve had by a long shot. I was pleasantly surprised by the beer selection. There’s a fridge with many different Colorado beers. Offerings from Left Hand, Avery, New Belgium (not just Fat Tire), Odell, etc.. Very good prices; all bottles $3.50. I went with Fade to Black 3 with my burger and was very pleased. Note they’re not designed to be a bar (only plastic cups), but this was the best quality selection I found in Pueblo and would revisit for fries and a beer or two.
