Great food and fun atmosphere. I have to agree that the wait staff does not know much about the beer. They say what they are told to say and nothing more. Very typical BJ’s, really. Loud, fun, relatively inexpensive good beer.

Large place that is often very tough to get into. The food is very good, especially the pizza. The house beers are decent with the Nutty Brewnette being the best. The do have an outstanding list of Belgian bottled beer (although the wait staff often doesn’t doesn’t seem to know about it). Also, Andy’s specials are often quite good. A new beer is put on cask every Thursday. My biggest compalint is that the waiters and waitresses know very little about the beers most of the time. I had one tell me that I wouldn;t like the Nutty Brewnette since it was dark and therefore much stronger!
