A good selection of beers at this place. The waitress was nice but not very good. Food was ok I had something pan fried as opposed to wood fire cooked. Because of the camp fire in the kitchen the back of the restaurant can get hot in the back. We sat outside. I recommend the adult float. It’s Allagash Black and scoop of local vanilla ice cream.

21 Aug 2011 -- We stumbled on this place just off the main square in Bar Harbor and decided to check it out ’cause it looked cool. Surprise, surprise ... 32 craft beers on tap, and only 6 imports ... most of the US choices being regional. A no-kidding fire pit going in the kitchen and wood-fired pizzas on tap too. The service and food was just a bit "outside" ... but the next day we found out that we’d accidentally walked in this place on only Day 2. Given that, this was a hit. And after a couple days on the island, it’s easy for me to say that this is the top beer destination in town. If you have one stop to make, go here first ... Atlantic/Bar Harbor (same company, different store fronts) and Jack Russell are second priorities if you’re an out of towner and have to choose. Plus the food and service are good to boot.
