Nice place. A bit dark, though. Service was good, great selection. Some beers were horribly expansive, though. Nevertheless, I’d go back anytime I’m in town.

A bit expensive, but a lot of choices and many seasonal beers, plus a wide array of tastes, you can try a "palette de dégustation" if you want to taste many beers in small quantities. Plus most of their beers are bottled and you can buy them at Bières Dépôt au Vent du Nord.

Very nice little restaurant/brewpub, good atmosphere and friendly staff. I didn’t eat when I went (late night). The value of their beers isn’t great, the price is okay and the beer is always drinkable but rarely very interesting. Worth a visit if you’ve already been to Siboire.

Bel endroit. Les bières n’y ont cependant rien de grandiose, sans être mauvaises cependant, et on peu déplorer le manque de connaissance du personnel.

The main appeal of this place is the beer. They are dedicated to bottling, though currently small runs only are possible with the small tanks. The beer is above average and it is very different, with their using bretts and maple syrup, and making meads. As far as a place to go for a drink, its small but OK. It opens later in the afternoon. It appeals to those who want a rock band and a cellar to have beer. Its not large, so it is highly differentiated from the other 2 brewpubs in town whom are more upscale, bright. If you are here, come in and grab bottles by all means to get some interesting one-offs. A couple of their higher end products including the mead have received wider distribution with elegent looking bottles.

Great place. The beer price is reasonable for its quality. The ambiance is really good, nice paintings on the wall, cozy chairs. The place is really neat. The selection is pretty good, but sometime they run out of some kinds, which is sad beacause the beer is really good. I recommend this place, great beer, great nachos. They have live bands once in a while, which is really great. Great beer and great ambiance for the price.

Visited for the first time Aug. 5, 2010, in the afternoon and back the next day in the evening. In front of the Granada Theater, I totally past the place, I forgot that the pub was in the basement. Nice and modern looking place, mostly black, comfortable seating and two TVs. Very friendly staff (and some are nice looking to) who have served me well. I have not eaten there except chips, the next time. A very good selection of beer, not just on tap but also in bottle, including a red tobacco ale. You can drink them on the spot, or take you home!

Nicely spoted straight in front of Granada theater. The food is well presented the beer they add to offer was a nice suprise. A good line up of beer. The look inside is great the terrace is well protected from the wind. The only bad comment I could say, I would like them to serve one extreme beer say something hoppy.

Underground ambiance with TV and music. Ambiance was quite loudy when I went. Beer selection is okay and those are average to me. A place to visit if you want to try something new.

The outlook from the outside is not particularly terrific, but this basement pub in the heart of Sherbrooke’s downtown is actually poised and almost classy once inside. On a weekend early afternoon, there were not too many patrons, but the helpful staff contributed to a pleasant human experience. As far as the beer is concerned, they were first batches and very variable from one another. It is fairly hard to judge with this inappropriate sample, but the beers ranged from slightly above average to considerably under average. With the Siboire nearby, this is not very competitive yet. With some time though, this could become a must and the palpable passion will certainly contribute to that. My girlfriend’s family being from Sherbrooke, I’ll certainly visit on a rather frequent basis. The initial opinion was that theree is plenty of room for improvement and apparently a vast motivation from the owner to head towards excellence.
