Food and atmosphere were nice, but as a beer destination no so great. Beer is served in mason jars which is unforgivable. Local beers are not yet good enough to serve as an only option, and the in house beers are just average. I hope they get better as they do have potential.

We were pretty excited to go check Brew Bros out after seeing their ranking in the ffwd readers poll. But disappointing - their beers are pretty flat and characterless.

UPDATE: Now brewing own beers and have a new better menu with lower prices and some interesting Vietnamese choices.
Once they start brewing beers on premise as is the plan this site will be even better. Menu is a little thin but the place is beautiful. Even have a weekly events email.

In my opinion, Calgary's destination for the beer geek. They don't serve any marcos, actually they don't serve any bottled beer at all. Everything is on tap, Alberta product only. This includes Brew Brothers own, Alley Kat, Wild Rose and Grizzly Paw, seasonals. Recently renovated and is quite nice inside. Outdoor patio in the summer. A good place for an out-of-towner to try beers that are otherwise unavailable anywhere else.
