Nice place, worth a visit if you are in Amsterdam. Mixed public of tourists, Amsterdammers and daytrippers, but the ambiance is quite nice and relaxed. Kind, friendly and helpful service. Selection of beers is not that wide, but at least they have quite a nice selection of their own beers. De Prael offers several tours as well. Despite all brewery tours being kind of the same, De Prael offers you a nice look into the broader social project on which they work. Really interesting to hear that.

Stopped in with a beercycling tour group, so the visit was organized by them. The place is about medium sized for a bottle shop and they sell predominantly their own beers. They do, however, carry other dutch breweries. The staff is very friendly and know about the beers they brew on site. Pricing is decent, especially on De Prael stuff. All bottles come in single bottle format. In other words, you donít have to buy a 4 or a 6 pack of anything and most beers come in the 33 cl bottle.

Visited with my wife early in December 2014. Busy place on the central station end of the red light district. Our waitress was of the "Iím bored and donít mind showing it" kind and her lack of passion obviously included beer. We ordered some food, which was rather unisteresting, and the beers was not that great either. If they do match food and beer here, itís a secret to well hidden for me to detect.

A small shop with bottles. Prices are fair and best place to buy De Prael bottles.

Small, touristy place that offers tours, also for other companies and showcases some information and small history of the brewery. Didnít make the tour, only had a quick look inside and bought some beer. They sell their beer bottles for a reasonable price, also glasses and merchandise. Worth a visit if you are nearby, especially if you want to buy their beer to take with you. But overall nothing special.

Visited on a Tuesday afternoon. Like others have already said, itís the "gift shop" and the place to do the brewery tour (we didnít). Staff was friendly. They sell only their beers and only in bottles to take out, so selection is limited, but prices are really good. Nothing much more to say about this place.
