mikkellund42 (3), Vejle, Denmark does not count - explanation | | April 2, 2012 Aarhus branch of danish brewpub chain. Ambience is a bit too sterile for my taste. The staff don’t know much about their brew, but they are mostly friendly and quick. The beer selection is poor - the only have their own two or three beers, but they are usually really good. I haven’t tried the food - it’s too expensive. | | Hansen (35), Assentoft, Denmark | | January 26, 2012 A restaurant which make their own beers. The beers are ok, acceptable. And the food is good. The staff don’t know anything about the beers! | | kschep (44), , Denmark | | November 22, 2011 Decent cuisine, but only a handful of beers available at any given time. | | MonMadsen (65), , Denmark | | November 17, 2011 Visited 2009. Like the other breweries in the franchise, cosy, clean and OK beers. | | Rasmus40 (62), Beder, Aarhus, Denmark | | June 10, 2011 Only four beers at a time and they are not very exciting. The food is above average. The staff doesn’t seem very knowledgeable about their beers. I much prefer Apollo in Copenhagen as they seem better at executing their recipies. | | Camons (67), Hasselager, Denmark | | November 21, 2010 Brewpub, part of a Danish chain. Nice cozy place with some good food. Beer on the other hand normally only is the standard pils and a rotating monthly. Friendly staff. Pretty pricy | | chrisv10 (45), , Denmark | | June 10, 2009 Nice food. Monthly beers. Very pricey. Never gotten a really good beer there. | | faroeviking (127), , Haiti | | August 8, 2008 I was just walking around Århus and then there it was. Quite small facade but nice. Great interior and friendly staff. a lot more coZy compared to Flakhaven in Odense or especially Apollo in Copenhagen. The beer (I had the IPA) is a lot better than the same served at Apollo. | | Bragesnak (73), Aarhus, Denmark | | March 25, 2008 Very nice food
Only one regular and a monthly beer - own their own | | fiulijn (273), Como, Italy | | February 5, 2008 It looks more cosy than the Apollo in Copenhagen. It seems that both brewpubs now carry the Pilsner and 3 seasonals. I know that my Danish friends don’t like their beers, actually they are not exciting but I think they are still drinkable and pleasant, at least compared to many brewpubs across Europe. |
