First off. I think the Google maps link is wrong, it puts this place deep in the city when its really near the coast. The address is correct but its between the world trade center and the rambla. I actually stumbled onto it by accident. Good thing because I would have relied on Google maps. This is a pretty cool place. Had a few taps with a Uruguayan microbrewery on tap called Davok. Turned out to be pretty good, it doesn’t seem to be in the system though. Bottle wise, they had a good selection of south American beers like Eisenbahn and macro layers. Had some European beers like duvel and chimay. Overall, a good selection given where they are. Staff was really friendly and helpful to me since I didn’t speak spanish. Really seemed like a locals place and had a nice atmosphere. Well worth checking out if your in Montevideo.
