If you want to try a few of Carters brews, this is the place to do it. Unfortunately, Montana law limits them to being open for a mere four hours per day, and limits you to three pints in those four hours. Pretty much everything you need to know is written on the ginormous blackboard behind the bar. Right next to the railroad tracks, so you will hear the occasional train come rumbling by. The service was prompt but the vibe here doesn’t exactly make me enthused to go back.
