72 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 7/10 SELECTION 11/15 FOOD N/A VALUE 8/10 OVERALL 14/20
Located on the outskirt of Tours, next to the big train station and Carrefour/shopping centre, allowing easy parking. Elaborately decorated with Kasteel, Delirium, etc. signs on the outside and inside. Roomy setup with long stands. I expect around 250 bottles, plus some kegs. Exclusively Belgian - not even a Frech brew in sight - and from the medium to large sized brewers. Good stuff is there, obviously, but not very surprising. Pretty big selection of glassware as well. Prices are okay, sometimes surprisingly low, sometimes higher than expected. Lady was very friendly. Will definitely visit more often and see if they can get more interesting (French) micros as well. Next door is a restaurant - not sure how beer related that is.
