5 reviews for Cellars Wines and Spirits Inc
| tennisjoel (29), Shakopee, Minnesota | | June 20, 2009 The selection was decent, not as good as some others in the Cellars chain. The best part was the specials, especially some of the belgian sections. Purchased Urthel Hop it and Kasteel Bruin, both on good sales. Service was okay, although I didn’t seek out any advice. | | maniac (95), Richmond, Virginia | | June 8, 2009 Stopped by here to try to pick up a few things before heading back to VA. Nice selection, though nothing too rare or amazing. Was hoping to find more Surly (and the ability to get singles of Surly). Prices seem alright, but nothing struck me as an amazing deal. Staff was friendly, but not overly knowledgable about the beer. | akysylyczyn (8), , Minnesota does not count - explanation | | March 26, 2009 I was sorely disappointed by selection of beer here. There wasn’t anything special at this store. They had some local beers but that is about it. | incutrav (3), Woodbury, Minnesota does not count - explanation | | January 11, 2007 This Cellars is the one I always go to, i live about a mile from here. Quite good selection, but i hear Roseville is even better, but they have had about every beer i have ever needed to find. They do have lots of the local brews, even by St Croix Brewing co, carry SURLY, Lots of the Schell | | JK (119), Richfield, Minnesota | | April 17, 2005 [ Updated January 15, 2007 ] January, 2007. Not as good for beer as it once was. Selection seems lower. The build a six pack selection isn’t very good, and I have not found a bargain here for a long time. Service is still friendly but I believe there is new management. |
