80 Walked here after getting a dose of culture at the British Museum. Lots of taps, most of them concentrated on the British craft scene. Lots of interesting stuff to try. Service is friendly--they will let you try stuff. There was an upstairs I didn't check out. Expect London prices. |
72 Old style corner pub with a good number of keg options but only 3 Cask on my visit. |
80 Heritage corner pub on Leather Lane. Around 18 handpumps on the bar, but only two cask beers available, a hangover from the pandemic with so many folk still working from home. 10-12 keg options too. I hope to return in busier times |
90 Nice corner pub with a great selection of draft and bottle beer. Will return the next time I am in town |

80 Long walk from CASK to here, but the weather was nice, so no issues. Unlike cask I was a bit disappointed with this stop. The bar ambiance was nice, a bit on the small side. Lots of taps and casks, including Humble Sea (again!) but seemed a bit less selection than CASK. Bottle list also more humble. All bottles could be purchased for take out at about 30% discount, which is a nice feature I wish was more common in the US. |

86 Well run bar with lots of good choices, around 25 taps, well chosen. I visited late on a Tuesday, and the place was loud and sticky and felt like a wrap up of a corporate group event. The bartender was apologetic of the mess.
It is a narrow modern bar with seating along the edges of the room. Beautiful mirrored ceiling and chandelier added a classic touch.
It was not my favorite of the Craft Beer emporiums around town that went to Covent Garden, but a great place to visit. |
