A small brewery and restaurant with an antique atmosphere. Four house brews on tap and probably ten others available on tap or bottle.

The atmosphere seems to try to pull from the historical building that it’s housed in, and it does this mildly well. The seating arrangement is widespread so you are not crammed for room and the bar area has plenty of seating but nothing really at the bar itself. The service is actually very helpful without being pushy and ready to answer any questions. They only have four of their brews on tap and have a mildly wide selection of craft beers in bottles. It isn’t a great selection but it is best in the area. The food is pretty good if a bit under seasoned for whatever reason. They are big into the presentation of the food more than the utility of the meal. The cost is a bit high and the food and beer isn’t amazing so you feel more like you’re paying for the setting and service than the actual food or beer. You can find better places in bigger cities but this is the best that Abilene has to offer.

Expensive restaurant setting with friendly staff. However, the beer is very ho-hum, and only 4 on tap. Typical easy to find craft beer bottles also available. Not worth returning.

Located in downtown Abilene. I came here around 7:30 pm during the middle of the week. Looks kind of like a seafood restaurant with patterned carpeted floor, and woodworked walls. Large rectangular dining room and tables with white cloth. My immediate thought was that this place doesn’t really know what it wants to be. The clientele was older almost "church crowd" looking folks. I had the sampler, some fish, desert, and a salad. Everything was overpriced and weak on taste. The beers were very poor as well. If this place is a culinary destination, that speaks poorly of west Texas. Service was friendly and prompt...I will say that.
