Small place in pedestrian area at the south side of Main, one of the numerous places in the same area. Long wooden benches, no frills, 4 beers on tap, good and interesting bar food. It was almost empty at lunch time but presumably it has quite a large clientele. They also offer wine and apfelwine. Not bad to have a couple of beers with lunch or dinner.

Very good food amazing ambience, friendlly service, thats what i dream about German Beer Paradise. Only problem is lack of beers but they have an amazing Weisebeer on tap. I also tasted sour cider but not really impresssive because it is not home made any more as stuff says, u should taste Pokr Shoulder very good and ver speacial.

A place for food mostly. Nice ambiance if you’re into that crowded German stuff (full on Friday evening, quiet on Sunday) with large halls and long wooden benches and table. Four beers on tap as well as the apfelwein, which was pretty damn bad. Very nice people though.

A nice place to go if you’re in Frankfurt. about 10 minutes from the youth hostel. On summer evenings hundreds of people sit in front of the bar. They serve excellent lunch for a fair price. Most people drink the home-made cider, but you get Weihenstephan wheat and (rare in Frankfurt), a dark lager from Franconia
