Grey painted cafe near the Menin Gate. Already good beer selection, and the boss assures that this will grow and improve soon. Speciality is different ages of Orval and the beers of brouwerij Het Alternatief, and soon to add Struise, De Ranke. Best beer cafe in Ieper, but try also The Times just up the road from here (Dolle Brouwers beers) and the swimming pool bar to the north up the same road as de Vauban.
