There is a bar and a beer garden as well as the dining room. Beer selection is mostly Belgian and German. Spaten Oktoberfest and Augustijn are always on tap and the third tap is in the dining room and circulates between another Van Steenburgs or Firestone DBA. The food is amazing; German fare with slight twists from the chef/owner. Dinner items are about $15-20 a plate but you get what you pay for and you’re not going to leave hungry. Beer paraphernalia covers the walls. Its been there since the ’20s and some photos on the bar wall verify this. The staff is eccentric and fun and there are many regulars giving the place a very comfortable homey atmosphere.

Authentic German style restaurant with about 10 bar seats and tables inside and in the beer garden/patio. Decent German food. When I passed by he had Augustijn and Spaten on tap, and bottles of: Chimay Blue, 3 Van Steenburgs, Duvel, Aventinus, Old Rasputin, St. Bernardus Triple and some other Germans. Go there for a casual evening.
