An awesome night out. Got a tour from the brewer. Drank an array of envelope-pushing beers. Ate some of their delicious food and left with a growler full of peppercorn saison. A must visit.

Nice location in a trendy neighbourhood with lots to do and see. Bar is big and airy, with great service. Beer selection was primarily theirs, but had enough varieties to keep you busy. I found the food very good and would have gone back just for that alone. Prices were reasonable, and if I am ever back in Seattle will consider it a must visit.

Stopped in while on vacation with the wife. Nice looking place with lots of wood, high ceilings, the brewing equipment visible. A nice selection of brews with something for everyone. Service was very good although it was not very crowded. The prices were good. Located in a trendy neighbor hood, worth a visit.

Stopped by Elysian with Linh for some Apps and beer and had a great time. Lots of seasonal stuff available on draft in addition to a solid line up. Bottles available in a cooler. Growlers available to go. Friendly staff. Nice sized bar with boothes if youre going with a large group. Def Rec if you’re in the area.

Great place. We had 3 or 4 differnet bartenders during our visit. All very different, all very nice. Awesome beer selection, at least a dozen, with 2 cask ales. I thought some of the offerings we very tasty. We had the Oasis hummus plate, what a great plate of food for under $10. If I lived in Seattle near Capitol Hill I would be here during most of my free time. This place is well worth worth seeking out.

This is a pretty traditional, tasteful brewpub. The beer lineup was very impressive with strong emphasis on hoppy styles. There were plenty of interesting choices available. I thought it was kind of cool that they had some decent guest bottles as well. For dinner I had curried schnitzel which is as delicious as it sounds. This was a great first brewery stop for me in Seattle.

Elysian Brewing is located in the First Hill neighborhood in Seattle (and was conveniently just a few blocks away from the hotel when I visited). Elysian fits in well with the surrounding neighborhood and has a very comfortable and more “alternative” vibe than Downtown Seattle. Because I live 3000 miles away all of the selections were foreign to me other than beers I had tried at festivals. What I tried was good. The food was good and service was fast even though it was crowded. Prices were reasonable. Nice brewpub.

Visited the pub a few weeks ago. Finding the place was not a problem but parking is. Had to pay $8 to park; anyone thinks that’s a little high? Anyway, the pub is located in an area with lots of restaurants and bars. The bartenders were very attentive and were eager to help me sort out what beers are worth trying in the area/region. Thanks Nicole for the help and I hope you guys enjoyed your beers. I’ll see you all next year!

Spent the afternoon here before a ball game a few weekends back. Great building, cool and unique decor. Nice bar and dining area. Only had appetizers of which is quite a step up from traditional fare of wings and cheese sticks. Good lineup of special brews and their standard offerings. Nice place to relax.

Underwhelming place. A waitress walks by and reeks of AquaNet... Ick. Beer selection was pretty decent. Atmosphere and building layout were kind of ho-hum, but I went in the afternoon. Daedalus was awesome! The sampler was a good price and pours were decently sized.
