I visited this place at the end of June 2015. It sits in the shadow of the Pennsylvania State Capitol building. I was in jeans. Many of the patrons were dressed up bureaucrats from PA State Government I expect. But forget about politics and enjoy the 75+ taps they had for me to choose from. I had a Bellís Oberon and a National Bohemian, which shows you the array of beer they offer. Friendly service. Decent menu. I loved the burger I ate. Not sure when I will be back in Harrisburg but this will be a return stop for me for sure.

Huge place right in downtown Harrisburg. Long bar on one side opposite a large dining/entertainment space, so there was plenty of room to spread out. Fast, friendly service at the bar. Printed tap menu of 100 beers, many of which I cannot find in my area of the country. Cigar City, Lost Abbey and others were well represented. Did not eat here, but there were some interesting items if we had chosen to.

Extensive tap selection with many interstate breweries. Seriously lacking local breweries so may be difficult to find PA scoops depending on the visit. Food was good fare. With only a few beer bars in Harrisburg itís worth a look along with Anthonyís across the road.

Large place right on the main drag. Street parking is metered. Long bar on one end, tables, pretty generic looking. Tap selection was massive but pretty boring. We struggled to find a local beer, and it was not a tasty one. No flights or smaller pours. Very small bottle selection included one Russian River, everything else was pretty common. Food was OK but pricey. We found three times as many local beers on tap across the street at Anthonyís. So this place could definitely stand to be more creative and more local with this many draft lines.

Amibiance is almost chain like, wood bar, big bright seating. Service was decent, but a little slow. Selections canít be beat, 100 beers in tap, tons of stuff I cant get just down the road in Pgh. Value was a ltitle lackings as most were fairly expensive, but worth it for the selection;.

Very nice decor and ambiance in this place. Good place to eat and drink at a table as well as a cool bar. Incredible selection of 100 craft brews on tap with numerous very good choices. Had a Racer X and was eyeing the Backwoods Bastard, but the GF didnít want me to overindulge like a kid in a candy store that I can be sometimes. Food was good, service was excellent and prices were reasonable. Would definitely come back here again and I rank it as the best place for craft brew in the area.

Visited around 8pm on a Thursday evening. It was quiet inside, not too many people. The waiters were friendly and efficient. Now on to the beer. Very nice selection on tap with breweries like Port Brewing/Lost Abbey, Perennial, CCB, and the likes. They had russian river and lost abbey in bottles too. Prices were a little high and they werenít displayed anywhere which is a bit of a pet peeve. They have legit good food and some pub grub themed food from their chefs. Value overall was still pretty good. They do growler fills, serve beer at the right temperature and in appropriate glassware and generally seem to care. I have a couple more to try, but I thinkpit is safe to assume this is one of the best places in Harrisburg.

Stopped in here last night for the first time to see what all the fuss is about. Very large space with an equally large bar area on the right. The 101 taps are listed on a large chalk board next to the bar. That amount of taps is definitely a lot of beer so I hope they can rotate them enough to keep things fresh.
Atmosphere was pretty good. Lots of people talking and eating all over the place. A few large TVís above the bar area. I will have to check out the concert space upstairs another time when they are open. Service was a little hit or miss. Our server would be all over us and then would totally disappear the next minute. She seemed to know a bit about beer but I did overhear her telling the people beside us a few suspect facts. Selection was decent, it had better be with 101 taps. Nothing overly exciting or rare, just plenty of solid long time favorites. They do have Great Lakes and Racer 5 on, both of which have not been available in this area.....
Quality was pretty good. Beers were served in the correct glasses and the food was fairly high quality. I went with the poutine and a prosciutto pizza. The poutine was great but $8? Come on, its just fries, cheese and gravy. That should be no more than $5-6. The pizza was the same way. It tasted great but for $13 I was expecting a bit more than just a few slices of meat and a ton of greens. Draft prices were the same way. I got nothing overly rare, a Great Lakes Dortmunder and a Bear Republic Racer 5, and they were $13 combined. The prices were also not listed on the large draft board or the menu, a total no-no in my book. I donít mind paying for good beer but that is a bit much for those particular beers.
Overall, a welcome addition to the downtown drinking scene. Anything that gets good beer downtown is alright in my book. The prices are a little on the high side but the food is worth the stop. It wont be one of my favorite places but I will definitely return.
