Not a bad place to go for a brew in the quad cities. Food was not bad. Service was good. Beer was not outstanding but eminently drinkable.

Stumbled upon this while we were in town for daughter’s figure skating tournament. They have a neat little outside "biergarten" but it was packed full o’ folks while we were there. So we sat inside, where it was slightly smokey from cig smoke (yuck). Decent food, efficient wait staff, and some rather good beers (tried the "Raging River" English-style ale & "Swing" lager; both pretty good). Definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in downtown Davenport.

Nice place in Davenport along the river. Had 5 house beers on tap when I was there, they were out of the Cherry Ale. Had their sampler, $1.00 per beer. Beers were great would definitely go back.

Located in an old brick building in downtown Davenport near the Mississippi. They generally have 5-6 house beers on tap, but they don’t change them up very often and there isn’t a whole lot of experimentation with different styles going on. Iowa’s crappy beer law probably has something to do with that. If you go across the river the breweries are much more active. I have never eaten here. The beer is okay...some better than others. It’s not far off Interstate 74 and worth a visit if you’re going through town.

Went here to try a few and meet up with Duane. Small and busy. Right across the street from a casino. Clean appearance with reasonably priced sampler glasses. Staff was helpful, but not the most attentive. Good food.

visited here several weeks ago on a friday night with a group of friends. Other than being crowded and noisy, which is to be expected on the weekend, I’m looking forward to eating and drinking here again. While I thought the beer was average, at best, the food was deicious!

i’ve been here a couple times. food is average as are the beers, and the service. the quesadilla was tasty enough though. i’ve had about 4 or 5 of their beers, but i’ve only rated one as i didn’t take notes on the others.

Did I go into a different place than you did, JMerritt? Did this place just go WAYYY downhill? I wish I knew when the last rating was from. Anyway, in early July 2004 I visited this place and frankly it sucked. The most flavorless tuna sandwich (from a tuna steak, mind you, not chopped stuff) I’ve ever had, careless and annoyed service, and really so-so beer. I liked the look of the place, and the beer was not really bad, just a bunch of fairly by-the-numbers summer styles...but on the whole, this was a poor experience. Can’t see a reason to return.

An excellent place. Located conveniently across the street from Rhythm City Casino. Their beer selection isn’t very large and doesn’t change as often as I’d like (several times I’ve been there, they have been without a seasonal offering). Food here is usually really good. The chef makes different soups all of the time, using fresh produce grown locally. There is a small patio outside in back with some tables for when the weather is nice.
