3/2/2008 11:06:51 AM, sunday, march 02, 2008 [ Updated sunday, march 02, 2008 ] Opened late winter 2008. Located just off East Mayo Blvd near Whole Foods in a relatively new development. The website says it is located in North Scottsdale, but the zip code is Phoenix. At the time I entered this place, the location wouldn’t come up on Google maps, so you’ll have to enter the address into Map Quest if you need directions. Typical Gordon Biersch. Decent Teutonic lagers including seasonals. 6-7ish on tap. The food is better than your average brewpub (as is often the case with chains). Service was fine. Despite the fact that it faces the parking lot, the outdoor patio was nice and is open to the bar.
