What an amazingbeer list. Great, knowledgeable staff

Right up their with the Royston as a "normal" pub devoting itself to craft. 19 taps with the only crab being Carlton Draught and Trumer Pils - won’t hold this against them as them need to keep to longtime regulars happy. Tap list is diverse and of regular quality; I won’t list the beers as the website has an up to date listing. Pricing mid pack. Down to earth staff and an honest if unspectacular menu. Rear beer garden is excellent. Will definitely return.

Just a really nice local pub vibe. The beer list on tap and in bottles will vary, and not always surprise but there will be something worth trying. Daily food meals are great. Friendly staff. The pub dog wasn’t there so I’ve docked a few points for that...

Fantastic place. Great atmosphere - lots of wood, comfortable seating etc. Plush. Pretty decent tap list. Wish they could have a few more rotating taps would really send this place in to the stratosphere. Decent prices and the bottles are VERY well priced compared to other options in the city. Feral on tap is great. We need more places with this mixture of good beer/nice surroundings and a welcome ’down home’ atmosphere. Say hi to the Dog for me!
