One of the first micro pubs, sells their own variety. Unhappily I went on a week day, maybe a tuesday so the ambiance was inexistent. A few tables with people, the rest was empty. I tasted two kinds of beer, both were slightly oxidated, nothing special. The good part is that this pub is one, if not the only place in Santiago where you can see the brewery. But by night its closed!! (the brewery, not the pub).

Good place for fresh brewed on the spot beer! Lots of people come so in especially the weekedns it can get a bit difficult to get seats. Friendly staff.

This place used to be better but it is still a MUST for the people who like drinking good beer (according to Chilean standards of course). The regulars are mostly people in their thirties or early forties, fortunately there are no kids. For the ladies, I strongly recommed the beer-cocktails since the beer is not very good; try specially the "pest" blond beer with amaretto....delicious!

Well this is the most famous brewpub in Santiago. It has separate areas for smokers and non-smokers and looks like a South German pub with giant glasses and pitchers everywhere and a beautiful decoration. It’s a bit noisy and that turns to be annoying at times. The service is slow in the peak hours especially on Fridays and Saturdays between 6 pm and 2 am. But otherwise I have no complaints. The selection consists of just the beers brewed in HBH. Most of the times you can get only the Negra and the Rubia. They sell bottled versions too. There are some beer drinks, being combinations of the local beers and some liquor like Mint, Cherry, Amaretto and other stuff like Honey and Palm Syrup. The pizzas they serve are delicious, so food gets a high rating. It’s a nice place overall.
