Very cool ambiance to this place, they’ve been around a long time, and it shows Very "lived in" feel, which I really dug. Selection was solid, and worth the drive from Minneapolis, lots of New Glarus, which is what I drove there for, but sadly lacing in 3 Floyds, though I was able to get a growler of Alpha King, which was pretty sweet. Totally worth a stop, as the selection is appreciably different from the stores in Minneapolis

When I’m in the Twin Cities, this is where I go for my New Glarus fix. Excellent bottle shop with knowledgeable service and fair prices. A must visit if you’re in the area with a rental car.

Prices seem to be a little bit high but understandable with the close proximity to MN. Dselection with some cool stuff not found on the other side of the river.

Great place for the Sunday beer run. Couldn’t agree more that they should have a more beefed up 3floyds selection. Pretty cozy lots of workers were there and only one asked if I needed help. Much better then other places in the area

After hearing rumblings of Casanova’s existence for several years, finally made it there about a month ago. Primary impressions were that it has a unique, cluttered, yet intimate atmosphere that I enjoyed. Also, although the selection is superior to that of Chicone’s, the difference wasn’t as stark as I had expected. Neither store emphasizes enough what I think they should for their border location: to carry beers not available in Minnesota. There should be every variety of 3 Floyds, New Glarus, etc. beers Both do a pretty good job with New Glarus but not so much with 3F’s. Still, my visit to Casanova was the impetus for discovering the quaint riverside town of Hudson, and I will be back.

As good as Sunday beer runs can get in the Twin Cities area. Your must stop for beer selection in the area.

Dumpy place but cool. People standing around watching the Vikes play. They have done a great job with their selection since I was here last. I will be back again fo’ sure.

Nice selection of beers with most everything available as a single. Found a few brands I hadn’t seen before. Prices were decent and the service was okay. The whole place smelled like Pizza making me hungry and is worth a stop if in the area.

This is my go to place in Wisconsin, just a short hop over the border from Minneapolis. Service is all good, everyone is very friendly. They have a great selection of brews not available in MN. I love the history of this place too.
