Nice place, good service, food not good. 3 beers but i taste only 2 the third one was over, quite strange for a brewpub. If you dont have something better to do or if you want only to taste the beers, you can go.

Smallish pub. Warm interior with lots of wood and some bricks. Furniture is rough wood. A nice patio in front right next to an historic large brick door/arc. This place is more of a restaurant where they brew beer than a pub. The focus is really on the restaurant. The physical place is actually really nice. So nice in fact that it makes their sucky beers even more disappointing. They have many tap lines but when I was there they only had two homebrews on tap. I had one (the Riki) and it sucked big way. I cannot really comment about the service since nobody in there spoke any french or english. I assume they have no beer knowledge to serve crap like this. This place is not worth the detour for the beer that’s for sure. However the pizzas seemed interesting and the setting is very nice so a meal at this place can be enjoyable despite the terrible beers.

The brewpub itself looks pleasant with wooden furnishings and the brewing tanks are visable to the left of the bar, with copper piping running through the ceiling. The beers are ordinary and forgettable. Food is simple Italian fare of pizza, pasta and panini etc. Expensive for the beer as expected in Italy. Service is painfully slow as, once again expected in Italy. One visit is more than enough.

I have to echo the other comments on the execution of the beer, but the place itelf is good enough. Food looked good but I didn’t eat. Not a very large place, and there is a strong aroma of brewing as the brewing area is not separated from the seating. Service seemed a little bothered by my presence. This is not a must visit place by any means, but good enough if you have a lot of time in Florence.

After spending two weeks in Italy, it was great to finally find an actual brewery. Sure, there selection is modest and their execution is in the devlopmental stages, but I have to applaud them for their efforts.

This may be Tuscany’s first brewpub, but by now it has to be one of the least interesting. They had 3 beers when we were there, and the 2 we had were below average, even amateurish at times. Didn’t feel like trying the third one...The food that passed by seemed extremely generic (the fries looked like they came from a frozen bag), which fits the quality of the beer I guess. I cannot say this place was offputting, but there are much better places in Tuscany to have a beer. Much better.
