I lived in Springfield when this place was opened in the 1980’s and back then it was basically a convenience store. Now it is an official Vermont State Liquor Outlet with loads of wine, rum, whiskeys, and a great beer section. There are several coolers along the back wall filled with regional crafts. I saw a good selection of Clown Shoes, Rock Art, McNeill’s, and Berkshire to name a few. They also sell growlers drawn from kegs of various beers. When I was there the growler choices were from McNeill’s, Brooklyn Chocolate Stout, and Hoptical Illusion. Tastings occur here too. The main negative was that you cannot mix and match. Reasonably priced but you also have to add in Vermont taxes and the deposit.
