First I wish I had more time, but due to my kids being in the car I could only grab a quart growler on this trip. Nice, but small tap room with a variety of their brews on tap. Prices were reasonable and you could also buy some of their canned beer as well. The service was quick and knowledgeable. They also had some cool swag, I bought a labeled mason jar glass. When I am back in the area under different circumstances I will be sure to have a few more brews.

Decided to stop by in the middle of the afternoon. Basically just a tap room with eight beers on tap and pre-filled growlers to go. Quite a few local folks were there, which was a good sign. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered us some homemade jerky. The beers were good and samples are free. Reasonably priced pints for the area as well. One of the highlights of our vacation for sure!

Had to knock ’em just 1 b/c they were out of one of their IPA’s. Boo! My favorite style!
Matt led us on a tour and explained what everything is and how they did it. They use open fermenters which I found very interesting and wish I had been able to talk to the head brewer/owner. They’re thinking of expanding but debating it.
PA/XPA had a hint of diacetyl in it which I found interesting. Not sure if it was due to yeast or ferm times. Didn’t detect it in any other beer. The scottish was by far their best and I picked up a growler of that to go. As well as a hat and some other schwag.
Great guys and if they can clean the diacetyl out of their Pale Ale and XPA they’d be 100% top notch!

A bit hard to find due to the fact that it’s off the main road without a sign, but still found it fairly easy. Pretty basic set up, small retail area with interesting things to look at and buy. You can buy up to 2 pints while you’re there, but can buy as many growlers, 1 litters, and kegs as you want. They had a lot of beers on tap and gave us some free samples too. The beer and the service is excellent. Will definitely stop in next time I’m in the area with many empty growlers.
