This is an large Irish pub and Indian restaurant. They have a lot of beers. Good (but not great) selection of decent craft brews along with many macros. Prices were decent and they sell all the drafts in pitchers. They don’t seem to get the real special stuff but are more than adequate for most beer drinkers. There is sports on TV and a lot of bros, pool tables, foosball, small deck and smoking out front. The service is a little spotty but not entirely unfriendly. Kennedy’s reminded me of a lot of places in Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill NC Didn’t try the food but it looked decent. IF your serious about your beer, there are better options in the neighborhood. But if you like this type of atmosphere than it might be a good option

Fuck this place and fuck it hard. I tried really hard to have a nice Indian dinner here but the guy working at the time seemed more content to pick his nose than help me out. Granted, I’m a contrary customer and didn’t know what I wanted, but when I’d obviously decided the guy couldn’t be less interested. I waved, held my hand up for ages and got no play. Eventually I went up to pay for the one beer I had and left. The ambiance is terrible. This place can’t decide if it’s a restaurant, pool hall or bar, and if it’s a restaurant why the hell are there lawn chairs at the indoor tables? The beer list was pretty good but the one bottle I had tasted like it might have been around a while. The prices were good.

What a great find of a place! Did not eat there, although the Indian food looked good. Interesting mix of the other half of the place being an Irish bar. Outstanding selection of high quality beers - 25 or so taps plus at least 100 bottles. The bartender was amazing - she was by herself by managed a huge crowd as well as anyone could.

If you like Indian food and beer, this is the place to go. Really, a lot of craft beer pairs well with the spicy offerings here so it’s not that weird of a concept. However, with other great spots like Church key, Rogue, La Trappe, nearby this place doesn’t cut it if your just looking for good beer. There just wasn’t a good vibe when I was there. The service was pretty horrible. I was the only customer, but the girl at the bar couldn’t be more annoyed that she had to stop her conversation to serve me. The selection of beers was good, but not great and the food was just okay. I thought it was pretty generic actually but it did hit the spot since I was craving Indian at the time. Overall, I wouldn’t make a special trip here. It seems to be the kind of place you end up at late at night with a serious craving.

This is a pretty strange place, but one I’d recomend visiting. Pretty decent draft list, but nothing special. You don’t go here for that though, you go here because you can get good (and fairly cheap) Indian food, even late at night, and also drink a really solid beer. This place has a weird, but cool, vibe to it. Go here, but probably not as your first (or second or third) stop of the night.

One of the strangest, yet coolest bars I have been to. Part Irish pub, part beer nerd bar, part Indian food restaurant. You’ll leave going "WTF?", but you’ll likely have a blast in the process.

Great beer selection. Pool tables are well maintained. But, above all else, the curry here is to die for. The curry lamb melted as soon as it hit the tongue. Great food to grab when you got the late night munchies since they’re open really late.

Bizarre. The ambiance is part student bar, part cheap curry house. I liked it because it was so oddly schizophrenic. The bottled beer selection is extensive and inexpensive, and the vegetable korma and eggplant curries we had were very well done. Service on the other hand was pretty cold and tough to come by. While not exactly rude, the encyclopedia would not have had a picture of our server under the entry for friendly. Never mind - doesn’t bother me as long as they serve up good beer and food!
