Large “garage” under the train line in an industrial area. Large tables and enough place for everybody to sit. Clean. Good ambiance. Friendly atmosphere. Staff is also very friendly and efficient. They definitely know their products. Selection is “only” The Kernel beer, but their beers are awesome so what more can you ask? Good tap and bottle selection. Bottles can be bought “to go” or to drink on premise. There’s no food per se, but the garage just beside is selling food (cheese and delicatessen) and it looked – and smelled - pretty tasty. You won’t find better prices for The Kernel beers anywhere else. My favorite beer place in London because of the quality of the products and the atmosphere. It’s only open on Saturday so don’t miss it. And you can continue your beer run to Partizan, Brew by Numbers and Anspach & Hobday who are all within walking distance (all within 10-15 minutes).

Beers are so wonderfully fresh, much , much better than what gets to pubs later in bottles.. Fantastic Mosaic IPA is my favourite. Great ambience, very nice people behind the bar. my favourite place in UK and in Europe, too.

That place seems to be falling victim of its own success. Super crammed, and long wait to be served.

Small place in an industry area inside a railway arch. The pub is inside the storage room, the taps mounted on a pallet, another one taking the role of the serving area. Five taps that are cold, more bottles that are warm.

If you are a saturday in London, this is a must. Go for the beers, fresh on tap and then a good bottle selection to pick your takeaways. Recommended to go early on a saturday, can be crowded in the afternoon.

It’s worth coming down here to pick up some great beers pretty cheap. The prices are maybe slightly cheaper than if you get the beers from the shop. As far as I am aware, some of the bottled barrel aged stuff is only available from the brewery itself. It’s nice to browse some of the local shops too - you can get a good coffee around here. The level of service varies - I’ve had very good and pretty indifferent experiences of talking to the staff.

Loved it, went for a tasting there on the 9th November with some London Ratebeer friends, quality beer, you cannot get beer in the brewery but on the same little Ind Est there are a couple of places that sell food, I will definitely get back there when I can!!

visited on sat 16th nov..very nice place under a rail arch , they placed benches and long tables in a room inside the small brewery serving 7 of their beer on taps the day of my visit .. just next door they sell ham , salami and chees from italy and france maybe a bit expensive but very good quality , they don’t have bread so bring yours, i don’t know if they changed the closing time but when i was there they stopped serving beers at 4 pm .. good ambiace make both from the place it’s self and the crawd that makes the visit here very intweresting and a bit different ..

Small brewery located in an industrial site, just below the rail road (maybe the site vibration is the key to their nice beers...). Toby was so kind to welcome us out of the visiting saturdays. We tried some of their beers and some unreleased ones. Very nice all of them, modern style brews, not classic british ones. Worth a visit.
