| JulienHuxley (64), Trois-Rivieres, Quebec | | May 6, 2012 Nice little place on a busy place in Paris. Good terrace, classical parisian service. Good food, the mussels are tasty, so are the sandwiches. Good value for your money too, a little expensive but very reasonable by parisian standards. 150 bottle selection, I didn’t see that many and there is nothing rare but there are several good quality choices (Rochefort, Chimay and others) Decent place, worth visiting if visiting Paris, not far out of the way. | | Travlr (638), Washington, Washington DC | | March 15, 2012 Friendly sidewalk cafe just off the Place Clichy. More beers than the usual Paris cafe, with nothing really outstanding. Good prices, though, for a touristy area. | | bentotheben77 (10), flers en escrebieux, France | | December 28, 2011 VIVE LA CAROLUS !!! | | GodOfThunder (24), Orlando, Florida | | April 10, 2010 Just steps away from the Moulin Rouge in a touristy part of town near Pigalle metro station. Kind of a touristy Irish Pub atmosphere going on. Beer selection is halfway decent, with trappists, some lambics and a few French selections. Server was nice and working hard. Food was okay. I have a hard time giving it a good rating because I got a stomach flu the next day. Mussels tasted okay, though... Onion soup wasn’t that great. People were nice, though and selection was good. | | drpimento (120), La Crosse, Wisconsin | | January 21, 2010 Gotta be savy when you go here, that is finding the address. The street takes a 90 to the left when ur coming from Boulevard de Rocheqhuart and is a few buildings on - watch the numbers. Glad I made it. Had some hard to find French Brews and one was fab. Over half of their draft beers were’nt in operation. Bar tender and manager were especially attentive and great guys. Food was superb. Want to go again. | jjking01 (8), does not count - explanation | | December 21, 2009 Nice bar close to the Montmarte district. Great selection, and really attentive service. One server spoke English well, which allowed me to order for myself. | LeMat (2), , France does not count - explanation | | September 5, 2009 This bar has a huge collection of bootled beers. But just 10 of taps. For Paris, it’s quiet good. There are to few places to propose a large selection of beers. Most of the beers came from belgium. It’s near Place de Clichy. Ambiance is much like Parisian bistrot than an Irish Pub.
Go try some awesome beers !! |
