Fantastic selection of ales, porters, and stouts for only being 2 years old. This brewery offers fine quality ales with exceptional ingredients, such as whole cone hops. Bill Goldfarb, Lefty, is extremely fun to talk to and very hospitable, creating an enjoying and relaxing experience when you visit. The user-friendly beers he offers are great for everyone and seem to have become a favorite staple in most local homes in the area! Their needed expansion within the first year proves the demand is high for the great local beer!

Bill Goldfarb is a man who has accomplished a dream of not being a roofer, and being a brewer instead. His beers are at the level of ’very good homebrewer’ quality. Pale Ale is perfection, porter is absolutely delicious if lighter-bodied than normal. Others are merely average. Dark beers need to be darker. He uses only whole hops, so these hit you with a beautiful cloudy-headedness of the brain. All beers are 6.0% or higher, because these days why even show up if you’re under 5%?
