Nice place for many things. Beer, wine, sandwichís, live lobsters, fresh fish. Beer selection is coming along and has gotten much better in the last couple of years but what they do have is good.

If you wander in here and see the little cooler and shelf of beer on your right, donít go looking for the rest of it, thatís all they have. Although, what they do have is almost all good beer. Definitely more of an upscale wine shop. Service is friendly and looking to help. Good for the area, but you might as well go to Louís for their far better selection.

A nice find along 202 in Manchester. They donít have a ton of beers, but what they do have are good craft beers, some of which are hard to find. Some, like Simichlaus bier, Rochefort 8 and 10, and Unibroue 15, I havenít really seen anywhere else Iíve been in Maine. Other beers they have include Chimay Red and Blue, Delirium Tremens, La Chouffe, Abbaye Des Rocs, Belfast Bay, St. Bernardus, Schneider, Harpoon (100 barrel series) and many other Germans, Belgians, and relatively local offerings. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. They may not be the most knowledgeable about the details of the beers they sell, but they do try them and will talk to you about what they thought of the beer. The place looks nice and is very well-kept. The thing that makes this place worthwhile IMO is the selection of beers that are hard (if not impossible) to find anywhere else in Maine. Worth the drive from Gardiner, Augusta, Lewiston, or wherever.
