I am not sure what store bryandhargave visited but it definitely wasnt this one. This store has one of the, if not the largest beer seleciton in Oklahoma. The manager said that they carry all but 3 beers available to OK retailers. While they do offer the Coors/miller/bud products, they are entirely in a different store because law prevents those from being sold in a liquor store. Anyway, back to the store they’ve made a really great effort to offer a fantastic variety and organize it by country of origin. Also offer a strong pick 6 selection and beer gift packs that i havent seen at other stores. Given current laws and limitations set on retailers, I think this store has made the best of what is offered to this twisted state.

so im obviously going to compare this store to what i am used to.....
slim pickins. oklahoma sucks for beer. the guy at the counter had never even heard of Stone, Bells, Dogfish Head, or Stoudts. Prices were cheaper than I had found elsewhere in tulsa. but only by about a buck a 6er. i dont want to go into a beer store and see miller and coors ya know.

This is a store that has been around for a very long time but has recently revitalized to appeal to the beer consumers. Offering both a strong beer side and a 3.2 side, it’s a great stop for any beer lover. Featuring Macros, Micros, Seasonal favorites, Hard-to-find Belgians and Glass-packs that are far and few between.
The building and structure is pretty old, but you can tell the staff has really started to classy up the place. They recently remodeled the beer section, that now takes up nearly half the store. It sports shelving that is seperated by country and a pick 6 selection with well over 150+ offerings.
Not to mention, you can order any keg available in Oklahoma and pick it up COLD. A lot of stores can sell you kegs, but it’s maintained at room temperature. What they fail to tell you is the fact that almost all wholesalers ship the kegs chilled/cold, so allowing it to warm up to room temperature can drastically effect the quality of the beer.
Overall. If you’ve not checked out this location and you’re in the area, I think you will be shocked at the organization and detail that has gone into making this the premiere beer locale in Tulsa.
