yobdoog | This place is different every time I go in. I used to know the manager and he was very nice and the staff tends to be nice. Overall they do have a descent selection of taps but a few are always empty, shich I don’t approve of. The selection doesn’t change much and they don’t get any oddballs really. They do host some beer dinners but I have not attended one. In Hoboken there really isn’t much else so this is the spot. Food is hit or miss but you can get some basic bar food or aps and some entres too.

jlf278 | Not sure how the other 3 raters gave this place a 20. The food is good, but far from tops in Hoboken. Thought the food was better before new management. Miss the fried jalapeno rings, but crabcake sandwich is great. Beers are a good mix of styles, plenty of stuff on tap. However, many times I’ve ordered and been told they were out. Prices aren’t great, but fairly reasonable. I prefer going to one of the many great byob’s in Hoboken, but Mile Square is definitely worth a stop when they’re serving 1/2 price beers.

BREWMUSKCLES | THE MILE SQUARE HAS ALWAYS EXCEEDED ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS! THIS CASUAL PLACE IS A MULTIFUNCTIONAL BAR AND FOOD ESTABLISHMENT THAT IS SO VERY HARD TO FIND. REALLY, VERY GOOD QUALITY FOOD AND 25+ TAPS OF REALLY GREAT BEERS EVERYDAY! WHAT’S MORE A FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF THAT DOES IT JUST RIGHT. I PERSONALLY AM A MIDDLE AGED BEER SNOB, I WANT GREAT FOOD AND QUALITY SERVICE. ALSO, I’M A WORKING MAN SO I LOOK AT THE PRICES. I HAVE GONE HERE MANY TIMES (SEVERAL WITH THE WIFE) AND ALWAYS FELT THAT SOMETHING SPECIAL HAD OCCURED. NICE MIXED CROWD AS YOU WOULD EXPECT IN HOBOKEN. FOLKS COME ON DOWN TO HOBOKEN AND --DO NOT LEAVE-- WITHOUT STOPPING BY THE MILE SQUARE! THERE IS NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT AROUND.

| BigJersey | Great selection of beers with only one big-brewer(Bud Light) on tap. They have beers on tap that cant be found in any other bar in NJ. The food is great and I strongly recommend the chili and the pulled pork sandwich.
Nice location on Washington street in Hoboken, stop by during the summer to sit outside and enjoy some Hoegaarden.

| Rvrndmaynard | Mile Square has been in Hoboken for 8 years, give or take and have always kept close attention to the beer you can find on draft here. While they have 30 taps, you’ll only find Bud Light as the big brewer beer. Regulars on draft include Chimay Tripel, Golden Monkey, Hoegaarden, Dead Guy and a variety of others. They have some exclusives, like Maudite. No other spot in Hoboken like it!
