The urban lounge atmosphere is similar to the Opera House location, but this one is more intimate. Neither My Way is pretentious in spite of the swank decor. This one is especially intimidating given that Bang & Olufsun is next door but it’s very laid back. As with the Opera House location, they play horrible smooth jazz and not the big band/old jazz after which the place is named! Service is impeccable, and proper glassware is used when possible. Prices are more than fair but if you have been in Asia a while, there will be sticker shock. After all, bia hoi is 12 cents per glass, but your Trappist ale is $8 per glass. Anyway if you want Orval or Rochefort to balance out all the bia hoi you’ve been sucking back then this is it. Wholly worth a visit.
