Naked City Taphouse in Seattle is NOW CLOSED. Don’t let them tell you that Brouwer’s is the #1place for beer in Seattle. For me that is Naked City. Very friendly waitstaff. Great ambience; one half is a place to sit with couches and you can watch great old movies on the big screen, with subtitles. Excellent beer selection of both in house and rotating taps from other breweries. This is the place for me in Seattle.

Visited in January 2017.

Not terribly busy on a Saturday night and we were able to grab a couple seats at the bar. Pretty sizable tap list, including a lot of house beers, though the quality left a little something to be desired.

Sort of an uneventful trip. Not much to really set this place apart other than a big tap list and lots of flight/tick options. But not really anything that's memorable or drawing me back.

Good beer selection, great food, but unfortunately, I can't recommend the venue and will not return. Been there many times but the last few service was just okay and the last time, it was terrible. Server went on break having dinner and a drink at the bar (w/o handing us off to a different server). I went to get service at the bar and the bartender was more interested in serving the other employees than even acknowledging I was there waiting for help. I complained, and the guy just shrugged, didn't even apologize. And this was at a really slow time with not many customers. With so many places in Seattle, I'm not coming back.

We stopped in here on a Friday to start a Beer Hike and dove right in to the sampler. The bartender was friendly, knowledgeable and offered my wife multiple samples till she found the right cider that morning. They have a lot of house-brewed beers on and a surprisingly large selection of guest beers. House beers were all good to better than good, IMO. We had a basket of fries that were on point. A really nice option for some pints.

Packed in place. Great service. Excellent fries. Wonderful beer list with about 10 of their own--a wide variety from sours to session to barelywine-- and 10 guests. mostly regional. The screening room, their other half, was closed--the place has a thematic interest in older movies.

Really packed when I visited. People must like their beer here. Tons of taps, many of which are local and or rare.

Good location in Greenwood, next door to Flying Bike, and walking distance from Chuck’s on 85th. I’m very impressed with this place, and continue to recommend it to people who are visiting the Seattle area. Dozens of taps, with at least a dozen guest taps. Impressive food menu, that shys away from the fancy stuff, and sticks to what I enjoy, which is burgers and sandwiches and such. Good beer, good food, and a huge outdoor beer garden. Always enjoy coming here.

A nice large tap room with a large bar and some indoor seating but the kicker is a nice outdoor area. Server was happy to talk about beers and was prompt with everything. A great number of their own beers on tap and samplers were available as well. Food was very good with a variety of sandwiches available. Prices seemed fair for the area. A pretty great taproom.

Lively spot, packed on a Saturday night. Loud ambience. Maybe 10 of their own taps and another dozen or so guests. Service was solid.
