The main attraction is the wednesday night pint nite. It’s so popular, however, you’ll probably have to wait awhile to get a table. If you’ve got a large group, forgot it! Good selection of beers, pizza and calzone’s are good. Save your receipt for the parking lot or the attendent will hastle you.

This is my favorite place in Lexington and with the large bourbon room and double patio that opened in October, it could possibly be the best bar and grill in Kentucky! Think about it...massive beer selection, flat screens everywhere for sports, outstanding pizza, perfect location just blocks from downtown, and a super friendly staff! This place is at the top of my list!

Fun place. I really liked the glass ware displays. Plenty of room, lots of TV’s, and a great tap/bottle selection. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable bar tenders. I enjoyed my veggie-pizza and the calzone was excellent. I’d go back.

What makes this place impressive is, again, location. Lexington, Kentucky is simply not known for a mecca of world renown beer. To have so many wonderful choices and see the attention to detail that offering matching glass ware for each kind of beer you might want, well, that’s pretty remarkable for a town that sells more bud light and miller lite than anything else. I’m just amazed that it’s on the campus of the University of Kentucky. I went to college here and I couldnt’ afford 6.00 a pint abbey ales! More power to ’em.

This is a great place to get beer in Lexington. I have never had a problem with finding something on tap that I wanted to try. They have some rotating taps that are switched out at a fairly reasonable rate. The wait staff is attentive and always makes sure that your glass is full. It can get very busy during pint night so get there at least at 5:30 to make sure you don’t have to wait 2 hours to get a seat. Speaking of pint night this is a pretty great deal. How can two souvenir glasses and a pitcher of beer be bad?

Beer selection is fantastic! The selection includes the standard macros and American micros as well as a wide variety of European beers. Plenty of ales and lagers on tap, and if a beer isn’t on tap, you can rest assured it’ll be available bottled, but with 38 beers on tap, you’ll find what you’re looking for. Great pizza, too. Definitely recommended. Service can be slow during the busy times, and I’ve seen waits of up to 90 minutes, but it’s worth it. Pint Night does a good job of exposing college students to a number of beers. A lot of televisions, especially upstairs near the kitchen. A great place to watch a UK game (if you’re not at Rupp Arena) and worth visiting just for the food even without the beer selection. It is right off of campus, so be warned that it will be full of students during the school year.

This is the best place in Lexington to get a beer together with a meal. They have a very nice tap selection. Their website is now maintained and is up to date on the tap and bottle selection. The decor is very beer oriented. Lots of banners, signs, and glasses decorate the walls, as well as a ton of tap handles around the top of the main level and upstairs seating. The downstairs bar is 18 and over only. They have two bars. The main level has most of the American micro and macro taps, with the lower bar housing the European taps. I’m probably biased on the service since I know all the waitstaff by name, but I can’t think of one that is not friendly and fast to respond to what you need. They always keep your glass full. I think the food is incredible. Its my favorite pizza in town. They have happy hour specials on the appetizers, whcih can feed a person very cheaply. I think that this is a must stop if you are in or passing through Lexington.
