Hip little brewpub / restaurant in Gulfport. Good food, good house brewed beers, great atmosphere. A must see if in the Tampa / St. Pete area.....

its a lovely place. unfortunately, the service is abysmal. the first time we went, we moved between three different tables to see if ANYONE would serve us. after 15 minutes we left. later i get a message about "sorry, we were really busy". not an excuse for not even a "be right with you" from a staff member. on another visit, the place was closed on a wednesday afternoon. then this past week was the last straw. we walked up, saw a number of empty tables, and asked about a wait time to be seated. the hostess told us 30-45 minutes. i asked her about the tables that were empty, she said "those are reserved". uhh ok. i went out to the sidewalk to confer with my wife and went back in 5 minutes later. we were told "now its over an hour", despite the fact that maybe 2 couple had walked up in those 5 minutes. i dont care how good the beer is. if your service sucks, its not worth the effort. fuck this place, ill stick with cigar city, rapp, dunedin, seventh sun, etc.

Stopped by for barrel aged beer day. Packed with people but staff was very helpful and friendly. All the beer was fantastic and so was the food. The porch was the best place to be during sunset and 70 degrees.

Very nice restaurant/tasting room. Food was excellent, very fresh and a unique twist on mexican food. Beers were very good too. Their Imperial Stout was a 9 out of 10; could taste bourbon aging in it. Nice part of St. Pete just to walk around in if you are from out of town. Have about 15 on tap beers.

I have had some great experiences at Peg’s, but I have also had a very bad one, so my rating reflects that. Good selection of beer, fantastic food, but I hope if you go, you do not get the same waitress we had on our last visit. A very bad experience. In fact it has detered us from returning and Peg’s was one of our most favorite places to got to.

A nice place if the weather is suitable for being outdoors. Not so much room indoors, and only the single bathroom for use. People liked the food Service was very friendly and attentive. No special seasonal, the beers were better than average, and the one novelty on was a high lactose beer. Gorgeous drive.

Can’t beat the vibe here - awesome outdoor patio, sweet beer shack inside. About 5 house taps and 5 guest taps, plus a few bottles. Friendly service and flights available.

We stopped in for the beer and left a bigger fan of the food. The beer selection was decent but limited, and there wasn’t anything special on draft while we were there. However, the food was PHENOMENAL, and the service was great too! The blue crab quesadilla redefines what I thought quesadillas were capable of, and the pork burrito was damn good too. And the value is just as good. I could care less about the beer; I’ll be back for the food every time I’m in the area.

Easy to find location with street parking. Small bar in the middle with outdoor seating and tables. Small selection of their beers and guest beers. Friendly staff and good knowledge of beers. Wife and I had Chips and salsa and two main plates. Both where very good. Nice visit.

Easy-going place right off the beach in Gulfport. Welcoming staff and locals at the bar. Decent food, and solid draft offerings. Had an excellent Cigar City Rye Pale while I was there.
