| Quack-Duck (149), Down South, Germany | | April 12, 2012 Superb shop with hundres of bottles, I was flabbergasted how many new Czech micros I could buy here. Fresh beers are stored in fridges - the selection is impressive. After shopping here I could hardly carry my backpack... | | YULbier (209), Brno, Czech Republic | | March 15, 2012 Large selection, friendly english-speaking staff, kvasnicové pivo in the fridges, good prices. Excellent bottle shop. | | Bryne (153), , Norway | | March 4, 2012 A little beershop with a good selection of quality beer. Lots of Czech microbrews and even some hard to find beer from Brew Dog. A must visit if you want to bring some bottles home. (Visited 23rd February 2012) | | Cuso (82), Bratislava, Slovak Republic | | September 19, 2011 [ Updated December 28, 2011 ] Nice shop next to the Zly casy beer pub. Good selection of Czech micro’s and breweries from Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, USA and others. I am glad, that they have Mikkeller, De Molen, Emmelise, Amager, Nřgne Ř...
Staff is helpful and friendly selection is wide, prices are reasonable.Every time I travel to Prague, I stop there to buy some new beers. | | Countbeer (105), Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, Netherlands | | September 10, 2011 Next door to the Zly Casy beerbar. Bit of a small shop. Luckily the girl in this shop speaks English and is in for a chat, even curious about some of the Dutch traditions.
Nice selection of Czech micro’s for good prices (guess they are pretty cheap). Got some nice Czech IPA’s, unfortunately no imperial stouts or stouts unless you go for the import stuff.
Lots of Mikkeller some Amager, De Molen, Brewdog, you know ’m.
They have Brewdog Bashah Reserve for about 30 euro’s and the Brewdog Abstrakt 04 for about 25 euro’s, kind of expensive. Most imports are a bit cheaper than elsewhere.
Got some nice things here. Only criticism I have is that some of the Czech micro’s are in pet bottles and some of the Czech micro’s need to be drank within a short period of time due to it’s freshness, so when you are on a longer vacation, it’s hard to bring those bottles home fresh. Hardly any criticism, but finding a Czech IPA in a pet bottle is a bit weird (the freshness of the beers speak for itself). The girl is very helpfull when you ask her about some stuff you are looking for. It’s a good shop When you are in Prague make sure to visit this shop! | | Camons (67), Hasselager, Denmark | | August 6, 2011 Nice little shop next door to Zly Casy. Good selection of Czech beers aswell as imported microes from Mikkeler, Amager, Brewdog, De Molen, Great and so on. Helpfull english speaking service. Prices cheap on Czech beers, and a little cheaper to same prices as Denmark on the imported Microes | | hirigalzkar (45), ENSKEDE, Sweden | | July 21, 2011 Nice mix of bottled beers from microbreweries around the world, including some nice czech ones. Lots of beers from breweries like Mikkeller, BrewDog, Nögne and Kocur. Cheap prices. | | chimay67 (58), hunt sta, New York | | March 15, 2011 Would have scored better on ambiance, but consctuction work on the rear of the shop keep the Czech brews out of reach. But this did allow me to put my grubby hands on several barrel aged bottles from Amager. Muhahahaha!
Prices are a little higher than what you would expect to pay locally for a bottle of specialty import brew, but right on for the Czech brews. For example 485kc for the Port Aged Amager Imperial Stout and 22Kc for a half liter of Tambor Tmazy.
Definitely worth a stop, and it will only get better once they are done with the capentry work. Had no problems communicating with the woman running the shop.
| | gunnar (178), Sandnes, Norway | | March 13, 2011 [ Updated November 18, 2011 ] The best bottle shop in Prague. English speaking personel behind the counter as well, she was also service minded and arranged a taxi for me. Great selection of beers from all over the CR. Matuska, Kocour, Opat, Chotebor and Chotevar. Also some non Czech beers. | | Dedollewaitor (207), Odense, Denmark | | February 8, 2011 The girl in the store spoke very little english. The store didn’t have all the beers listed on their website. Bought some Trebonice beers. Had 1,5L bottles from Kocour and Chyne. The fridges and store overall looked a bit empty though. Fair prices. 1/3 of the store is Mikkeller beers. . You have to visit Zly Casy and this is next door. |
